Peacefully, following a period of declining health, Bryce died on September 10, 2016, in his 90th year at the Centre d’accueil in Cowansville. A resident of Cowansville, Bryce was the son of the late Bernice Morey and the late Fenton Dougall. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Weddell, his sister Inez Watts of T.M.R., and his niece Brenda Sherwin of Vermont.

Bryce is survived by his niece, Jean Russell, of Pointe-Claire, Brenda’s husband, Larry, and their children; Bronwen, Allison and Sean. He was great great uncle to Sean, C.J., and Hunter. Bryce is also fondly remembered by Jean’s son, Philip, of Calgary and his family. Bryce and Mary attended Trinity Church in Cowansville and were proud recipients of the Bishop’s Award from the Diocese of Montreal. Bryce was a life-long employee of Bruck Mills and Consoltex Ltd.

The family would like to express its sincerest gratitude to all the staff of the Centre d’accueil of Cowansville for the excellent care and concern rendered to both Bryce and Jean.
