Entouré de bienveillance, est décédé le 1er décembre 2022, Gaston Chouinard.
Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Diane Boulet, son fils Francois (Nathalie), ainsi que Nicholas (Vanessa), Chloé (Philippe), ses petits-enfants Olivier et Rowan, ses frères Gérald (Raymonde), Serge (Denise), Réal (Marie-Josée), Denis (Béatrice), ses soeurs Lise, Brigitte, Louise (Claude), ses neveux et nièces. Il laisse également derrière lui de nombreux ami(e)s et collègues qui ont eu la chance d'être touchés par sa bienveillance et sa bonté infinie, valeurs qu'il partageait librement et sans condition.
Gaston also leaves behind numerous friends and colleagues who have had the chance to experience the wealth and breadth of endless love and kindness which he always gave freely and unconditionally.

My Dear Diane and family, My heartfelt sympathy to you dear friend and your family on the passing away of your beloved Gaston, hubby, spiritual coach and friend. I know you will cherish the timeless memories you shared with Gaston, as will your friends. He left us with an incredible knowledge of living life “in the moment “ and learning and practicing devotion to the Almighty. I will always remember and cherish the occasions I was invited to his SatSang, his beautiful, powerful voice, as he sang mantras with his friends and strummed the guitar. The Lord needed him to continue his devotion and dedication on the other side., and help humanity in yet another way. I wish my French was equal to the task of singing Gaston's praises. He will forgive me if I express my feelings in English. He was a gentle giant. Gaston was a calm man, a gentle man and a gentleman. He was very accepting of all the things that can make life so difficult. Gaston chose serenity over struggle. He was a man who always seemed at peace with himself and with his life. All of those who knew him will miss his quiet, steady presence in Diane's life. Gaston was strong, both physically and spiritually. He was nurturing and kind, a man for others, as the Jesuits would say. Gaston will be greatly missed and he will not be forgotten.
