Family will receive condolences at noon, on Saturday, May 4th, 2019.
It is with great sadness that the family announces Heather’s passing at Brome-Missquoi Hospital, on April 22nd, 2019, at the age of 45. She was the daughter of the late Patricia Ann Barrette and late Arthur Ditcham.
Heather was a supportive and loving mother to her two children Alyssa and Tristin. She will also be lovingly remembered by her brothers and sisters Lynn, Laurie, Jimmy, Debbie, Daune, Pamela, Artie, Dwayne, Sarah, Kimberly, Susie, Linda, Donovan, Cody and Darren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be greatly missed by her loved ones and friends.
Donations may be made to the BMP Hospital, or the CHSLD Bedford if desired. Forms will be available at the Complex, or you can give online at : www.fondationbmp.ca
