Candace Louise Philipps Proctor

Passed away peacefully, on September 30th, 2024, at the age of 73, beloved wife of the late Carl A. Proctor, resident of Mystic, QC, daughter of the late Arthur Owen Philipps and Hazel Kirk McCollum.

She is survived by her children, Caroline (Shawn Cady) and Jonathan (Joannie Longpré) her grandchildren, Logan, Hayden, Owen, her brother Kirk Philipps, and sister-in-law Joyce Proctor Martin.

A private celebration of Candace's life will take place at a later date.  The family would like to thank the entire staff of the Foyer Sutton, and her steadfast friends Barbara (Brian) and Jill for their unwavering continued support. Candace will be remembered for her crocheted baby blankets, sarcastic sense of humour, her love of jewelry, cats, and that she was always ready to greet you with a piece of coffee cake and a good cup of tea.
